The pallet consists of 65 items which are packaged in robust 15kg (30 litre) bags, making them easy to handle but enough to heat your home for a sustained period. DELIVERY INFORMATION – Delivery is fulfilled using a pallet delivery and access must be available to the front of the property (kerbside). Deliveries are completed on lorries ranging from a 7.5 tonne lorry to an 18-tonne vehicle measuring 2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long (including the tail lift). The delivery will be lowered with a tail lift and pallet pumped to the entrance of your property. Remote locations and narrower driveways or locations that are difficult to get to can be arranged with the lorry driver and a suitable lorry will be chosen for your location.
